Resume tip: don't just list EVERYTHING you do in your current position. List every thing that relates to the job you're applying for! This might mean keeping 2 versions of your resume - the master resume that lists of ALL your duties and skills, & the custom one you use to apply.

If you're doing a phone interview that doesn't require video....oh you most definitely should have a job interview cheat sheet. Write down answers to questions that stump you. Have notes for your stories. HR uses CRMs for note taking..you should too.
