Big Week at Brig and Vestavia. We got the Rooster’s very own at the Helm in the morning! Bedbug is on Q and already has his plan and is ready to bring it! Wednesday we are converging at Hills for the Flag Pass. Due to the amazing weather, hot coffee will be served post Q.

Bedbug led 11 around campus today with some Merkin ladders, Indian runs, and a circuit of donkey kicks, sprints, and incline merkins. All and all a fantastic morning at the Brig topped off with some parking lot Coffeeteria.

Malware led 8 men this morning in a 6 minute coupon circuit with some cool down laps thrown in for good measure. COT: Remember to lean on others and the Lord when things aren’t good and be joyful in doing good no matter the circumstances.

Yesterday newly minted AOQ of Pumphouse, Bay Bay led 12 HIM through the neighborhood with some DORA and Hill work.

Yesterday Hydrant led with a full body workout with some tunes from Goose. COT - our life is like a flip book. Each day is a new submission into the story that is the culmination of our life.

Attic celebrates his one year anniversary today where it all started! He got his name from doing p90x workouts alone in his attic. Now he spends his mornings in the gloom with the best. It was 45 minutes of nonstop work including laps and bricks. F3 F3 Vestavia Hills

Hard to believe it's only been a year. Attic led yesterday at Brig to celebrate 1 year in the gloom. He can comfirm F3 is lots better than doing P90X by himself in his attic.

4th Annual Costume Run at Steeplechase tomorrow! Brig and Cornerstone will converge! The Stillwater Cup for best costume and the Headgear Award for “I cannot believe he wore that in public” will be awarded. Ruck and Stationary options will be available too!

32 PAX participated in the 4th Annual Vestavia Costume Extravaganza. The 5K was along Hwy 31 to bring Halloween cheer to the folks headed into work early and there was Bootcamp stationary option for the non-runners.

We got Catfish taking the helm tomorrow at Brig! It’s going to be wet, but remember we work out in the rain because it teaches us that our actions are not based on our circumstances. See you in the gloom! F3 Vestavia Hills F3

Catfish led 10 this morning in the wind and rain. Did a little neighborhood four corners, Donkey/Squat Webb, DORA work, and lunge or Crawl Bear Hill. Great crew as always at Brig

Led by former AOQ Flush, 11 of us braved the sub freezing temperatures and wind with a good tour through the neighborhoods. Great crowd given the weather and with a nice reminder to be patient with yourself, family, friends, and coworkers for the COT.
