Day 1 of our the Holistic Me program kicked off w/ a powerful conversation on Identity: Who are You? Summer program participants spoke candidly about understanding their identity & how they cannot be defined by one word or one experience as they are multifaceted. @knowsnoface

Our summer mentees showcased immense bravery & honesty as they shared their experiences with self-esteem & self-image. Every student shared personal stories of when they endured continuous doubt, & experiences with #racism that have impacted their self-esteem and self-image.

Thanks to educator & social justice advocate Shesheena Bray for presenting an empowering workshop in which our girls gained valuable knowledge on how to advocate for themselves & others. #girlsrightsineducation
