Measure twice, cut once. Move fast and break things. Two schools of thought. It seems one school has all of the students that couldn’t get into the other school.

If you want to become a smarter, clearer thinker, you need to focus hard on how things work. Learn how dough works. How a car transmission works. How an LLM works. Clear thinking does not emerge from knowing more facts and solutions. It comes from understanding what’s happening

Your professional relationships are not rooted in your skillset. They are rooted in how you make that skillset feel.

The incorrect answer won. The correct answer is marketing. Think very deeply about why this is the case. The better you can figure this out, the better the coming years will go for you.

100% I think it became way too easy to become a founder, really scrambling the role and its reputation.

It is a shame that we refer to neurological physics as “soft skills.” The mechanics behind why a mind performs well or poorly are ultra concrete. Instead of considering an education in these mechanics mandatory, we make it sound like mush. It keeps leaders ignorant and foolish.
