Tom I'm not sure who 'the older generation' are. I studied for exams through evening power cuts, started my working life in a recession surrounded by misogyny, and mortgage interest rates were about 15%. I only managed to buy a house after my parents died. Perhaps you mean the rich?

Ed Finch Would look at building it from eyfs up rather than what appears to be a top down curriculum. Lots of language, exploration, play. No testing. Great emphasis on activity. Purpose built buildings with swimming pool, sports etc. Books and more books. Outdoor curriculum for play!

10/ I have some amazing GP Trainees coming through, we need them working in the surgery, but quite simply we cannot afford them. I am worried for their future, not just ours. Please support your GPs before it is all too late The BMA Department of Health and Social Care Jeremy Hunt Victoria Atkins

Maybe, hear me out on this, maybe we should think about trying to save general practice before we realise what we lost.

The Times and The Sunday Times Why? The RF told us the Princess would not be back before Easter. As someone who had abdominal surgery a week after the Princess, I understand the recovery required. Now leave the Princess alone 😡

4 years ago on the 23rd March, shops were told to close immediately.
With the support of everyone, we managed to survive & are so grateful to still be here today. Thank you everyone❤

isn’t as good as it sounds. 15 hours is less than two days in a working week and its only term time. If Government seriously want young parents back to wirk they need to do a lot more tgan that.

If only the British public, and indeed, the journalists, were as interested in what their politicians were up to as they are in the Princess of Wales, the country wouldn’t be in the mess it is in right now.

In what kind of messed up political universe does the Secretary of State for Education brag in public about assaulting OFSTED inspectors? Literally in charge of our children’s schooling. Dear god don’t make us wait until November to vote 🤦‍♀️

- weird ideas about money. In two minutes on BBC both these things are true apparently. ‘£500 is a lot of money for some people’ ‘…a couple on £95000 a year are not especially well off’ . Wildly out of touch with any normal concept of family income

The Prime Minister declares that we are at risk of mob rule in this country. If this is true, it's his responsibility to sort it out rather than bleat about it. He's in charge.

A song reflecting on the loss and legacy of the inspiring . It's called 'Sit For The Road' ('Сядем На Дорожку') - the Russian tradition of stopping for a moment before journeys.

Dedicated to Yulia Navalnaya and his friends, family, and supporters.

Thanks

Just heard the Home Secretary stand up in Parliament and declare that 'the British people support the Rwanda plan'.

I'm sick of these guys telling me what I support.

I do not support the 'Rwanda plan'.

If you don't either, please retweet.

'The figure Ofsted took... was... from data gathered almost 20 years ago and 5,000 miles away in a community with a very different healthcare system.' Interesting analysis of Ofsted's report on the prevalence of abuse of disabled children. Thank you Sue.
