One day, I’ll write something on why we treat cheating as worse than intimate partner violence. And it has a lot to do with cheating threatening the monogamous heteropatriarchal family unit while intimate partner violence reinforces men’s power as head of that same household.

I/we created an #IPV measure that’s taken 10 yrs to develop. First time I noticed the need for it was in 2012 and I can’t wait to share the paper with the world🙌🏽 Yes, it’ll be free. Initial psychometric testing—finally done. It’s culturally specific & strong scientifically!🔥
