💬 What does it mean to be a self-advocate? It means having the confidence and skills to speak up for your rights and the rights of others. Throughout this project, participants will learn to tell their own stories, present their ideas, and engage with decision-makers.

🌟 Our mission: To empower 135 individuals with Down syndrome across Europe as trainers and advocates. Through this project, we’re not just teaching skills—we’re building a movement for rights and inclusion. #ErasmusProject #EuropeanSelfAdvocates #advocacy

✨ At the end of each lesson, we have a “Magic Moment” where participants share what they enjoyed the most. This reflection encourages them to think about what they’ve learned and what made them feel empowered. It’s a special time for participants. #europeanselfadvocates
