🚨REALITY🚨 There is no magic workout that will guarantee you run a certain time/PR! If there was, everyone would be crazy fast. A lot goes into a PR, with a major portion of it being your habits, your progression, and what you’ve been doing consistently. Don’t be fooled!

🚨COACHES🚨 If an athlete is currently playing a sport… NO THEY DO NOT NEED TO COME TO THE OFFSEASON SPORT WORKOUTS! Leave them alone. Don’t punish them for not being at those workouts. All you should be doing is checking in and being supportive. Leave them be!
