EUAM Iraq, in collaboration with 🇮🇶 authorities & funded by 🇩🇪, launched “Pilot Cultural Heritage Protection Database Phase 2,” using software & training to protect cultural assets, aiding the Federal Intelligence & Investigation Agency and State Board of Antiquities & Heritage.

@EUAMIraq held a series of workshops on 'Strategy Development for Border Ports Commission.' Senior leaders gained insights about strategic planning and tools to develop their plans in line with the "National Strategy for Integrated Border Management in Iraq 2024-2028.

@EUAMIraq’s senior advisers met with the Directorate for Human Resources Management at MOI to plan & support activities for the rest of 2024. @EUAMIraq is committed to supporting reforms and enhancing the Directorate’s capacity for effective government management.

@EUAMIraq held a workshop in Halabja as part of a series across Iraq on improving security at major sporting events. High-ranking police commanders discussed international best practices in crowd management and stadium security, aiming to elevate Iraq’s sports event standards.

EU’s Civilian Operations Commander, met with Iraq's National Security Advisor, during his visit to Brussels. Discussions focused on cooperation and the ongoing efforts to strengthen the civilian security sector and @EUAMIraq 's support on #SSR.

Head of @EUAMIraq received the Inspector General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland 🇫🇮, who is currently travelling through the region. The meeting focused on a presentation of the Mission's activities in the security sector and how best to support Iraq.

@EUAMIraq held the fourth workshop in its Strategic Command and Control series, enhancing decision-making, coordination, and efficiency among senior MoI officers. Participants discussed best practices, refining strategies to contribute to a safer and more resilient Iraq.
