Happy about the news coming from Montenegro! The consensus on electoral reforms incl. on the increase of female representation on electoral lists to 40% is very promising. While further measures need to be taken, today’s agreement is a key step forward for 🇲🇪 on its 🇪🇺 path.

A 🇭🇷 firefighting plane, under 🇪🇺#CivilProtectionMechanism EU Civil Protection & Humanitarian Aid 🇪🇺, is in action on 🇲🇪 coast, while other 🇪🇺 member states & neighbouring countries secure assistance. It is heartening to see European solidarity during these tragic days of wildfires and loss of brave responders.
