We are preparing this event on February 23. There will be a lecture by Taiwan's Ambassador Harry Tseng, and a concert directed by D. Kai Ma. It is in commemoration of the Feb 28 1947 violence in Taiwan. The goal is to avoid a repeat that would happen if China invaded Taiwan.
