Spring Break Update: Oakton Baseball keeps winning taking down Marshall County today. 4-1 in Myrtle Beach. Ryan Sleight goes the distance giving up one hit over 7 inn, 62 pitches. Post 180 commit Ethan Jones has been red hot this week, 6 for 12 with 3 doubles and a triple.

The Oakton Baseball offense was lead by ‘22 Ethan Jones (2 hits & 3 rbi), ‘22 Nick Toole (2 hits & 1 rbi), 23 Ryan Sleight (1 hit & 2 rbi), ‘24 Noah Toole (Home Run & 2 rbi), & ‘23 Robbie Lavey (1 hit & 1 rbi)

The Oakton Baseball opens Concorde district play with a 7-6 win in extra innings. ‘24 Noah Toole hits walkoff rbi single in the bottom 11th. Offense was lead by Robbie Lavey (3 hits & 4 rbi), Will Dornbusch (3 hits) & Ethan Jones, Nick Toole & Noah Toole (2 hits each).

Post 180 Baseball is excited to announce that Oakton HS Sr standout Ethan Jones will be joining the team this summer. The Shepherd U commit is off to a hot start this spring and is leading the Cougars in just about every offensive category. Another great addition. Ethan Jones

A 6-3 victory by Oakton Baseball behind an outstanding start from Tanner Vislay with 5IP, 3 runs, 3hits, 3BBs, & 4ks. Ryan Sleight put out a fire in the 6th & Noah Toole closed in the 7th. Both Robbie Lavey & @ReidSteinberg had multiple hits each & Ethan Jones homered.

Shepherd U commit Ethan Jones homers in the 1st inning Monday night to put 180 up 1-0 over Fairfax Post 177. Jones later doubles and scores Vienna’s second run on a sac fly. Post 180 will meet Arlington Post 139 at Barcroft Park 7:00 PM Wednesday for the D17 championship.
