When TELUS Support TELUS books your appointment for 1-3pm, it’s 3:10pm & there’s still no sign of them, nor a ‘we’re half an hour away call’ as promised. Because who doesn’t love waiting at home for an entire Saturday afternoon. This was a last ditch effort to avoid cancelling.
