Idk who needs to hear this but…don’t let the wrong therapist deter you from therapy. It’s ok to try out a few before finding the perfect one. It’s so worth it in the end.

I don’t understand why nurses, doctors, PA’s, & other professionals get to make a living wage w/out ppl bashing them about being in it for the $ but apparently therapists have to work for pennies on the dollar, otherwise we don’t care about ppl🙃

I think an important nuance here is helping clients learn to live with and manage symptoms is not the same as promising symptom elimination (a promise no one can make). Also that anxious and depressive symptoms stem from a variety of factors, some of which can be eliminated
