OJEN is deeply saddened by the passing of the Hon. Roy McMurtry. As Chief Justice of Ontario, he founded OJEN in 2002 along with then Chief Justices Lennox & LeSage. A champion of human rights, he strove to make the justice system more equitable & accessible for all Ontarians.
