A huge thank you to Hamilton College for letting us do this work, & to the faculty that participated! While we didn't "fix" bias in student evals, this work resulted in the adoption of a more wholistic process of evaluating teaching that I hope serves our junior colleagues well

Also: we found an inverse relationship between how positive & specific/constructive student feedback was. Female faculty received feedback that was more detailed in telling them how to improve, & only got evaluated in the same way as male faculty when they gave high grades 🙃

Are any other academic researchers having issues with Lucid Theorem right now? We're seeing very slow uptake for surveys and haven't figured out what the issue is yet. Curious if others are also having problems!
