On Friday, I decided to make my STAAR review a little more engaging and interactive and did a classroom transformation. We were detectives and had to help our clients solve their cases using graphic features and SCR (short constructed responses). #iteachfourth #bilingualteacher

This year on the Reading STAAR, students will not only have to read and respond to questions, but also write short answers and an essay. This week, I decided to take a break from writing and rate some writings to help my students understand why were writing so much. #bilingual

And just like that year 11 is in the books! We laughed, we cried, we acted like complete buffoons, but we also grew. And at the end of the day, that’s all that matters. #tiredteachers #lastdayofschool #dreamteam #fourthgrade
