Why is youth mentoring so important? Here's a few reasons. When we looked at all the programs available for Eritreans, we saw this as a big opportunity to help us excel as a community. Everyone needs a mentor -- only 5 days left to join our program this school year!

I was SO lucky to have parents that understood the importance of mentoring, and especially of having Eritrean mentors. There is honestly nothing like having someone who relates to you on that level & can give you the generational wisdom many first-gen Americans miss out on.
