The thing I like about running is that there are no shortcuts. You have to do the work to get the results. Period.

The outpouring of love for those we lose to suicide is beautiful and heartbreaking, and it makes me wish we knew who was hurting so we could shower them with collective appreciation and love before they leave us.

Remember to tell those around you that they matter. Let people know they have purpose in life.
