Thanks for sharing this research from my PhD AJP-Heart and Circ. We show that: 1️⃣ - Vascular function (FMD) is ⬆️ in youth endurance athletes vs. youths who don’t regularly exercise. 2️⃣ - ⬆️ cardiorespiratory fitness is associated with ⬆️ FMD in adolescents - but not children.
