Rockland is home to some of the best parks in New York, and yesterday I joined @NYStateParks Commissioner Erik Kulleseid and my colleagues at Lake Welch to kick off celebrating the centennial anniversary of our statewide park system. #SeeYouOutThere

For decades, Lake Welch in Harriman State Park has been a special place for people from the #Bronx & throughout NYC. Yesterday, I was happy to join NY State Parks & Commissioner Erik Kulleseid on Lake Welch Beach to help kick off festivities for the NYS Parks Centennial in ‘24!

As I continue on this two-day tour of the state, I am gratified by the service and contributions that Park Police have made over the course of our first century, and will continue to make into the next century. #SeeYouOutThere
