I hope everyone has a blessed and wonderful Thanksgiving! It’s been so much fun being home this week and getting to spend time with family, friends, and personal trainers! Everyday is a chance to get better!

Excited to be back at school this week! It’s such a blessing to be able to wake up early and train! Doing the thing I love with the people I love!

One thing special about Illinois State Soccer is the sheer about of determination and work ethic we have day in and day out. Everyone has one goal in mind- How can we be 1% better today than we were yesterday?

One year ago today we announced Raleigh DeRose as our next head coach❤️

I have been busy training all break with groups of college athletes, boys, and trainers but today I got the chance to train in Columbus with Aaron Douglas! It was a 2.5 hour drive but it was so worth it! The session was awesome! He trains MLS and NWSL pros, and Aspiring Pros!

It’s a choice to push yourself and it’s a choice to want to be better for your team’s success. This winter break I have been honing in on my training! BJ Durel has allowed for me to train with other college/MLS Next players. Here are a couple clips from our 6am trainings
