Had a nightmare experience at Valvoline Global Operations went in for a fuel system cleaning and left with a seized hydrolocked engine because of their negligence and car had to be towed to a mechanic. They said they would make it right and now they are backpedaling and I'm stuck without my car.

That's product management done right, within 10 minutes of leaving a less than ideal review about Amazon Luna I received a call from their prod mgmt team wanting to get feedback directly from me
