I am RIDICULOUSLY excited to announce that the reason I've been a bit quiet this year is that I've been working on the soundtrack for @obsidian's new game Avowed. This is probably THE bucket list item for me, musically speaking.

Got to meet Alan Sparhawk LOW before his show in a tiny general store in Saxapahaw, NC that had the best Reuben I've ever eaten and now I'm curious what Alan got to eat. Great show!

Finally getting back to finishing some music. It's been a long year and I haven't really had much of a desire to finish most of what I had been working on. Feeling a little more inspired lately and putting in the time to reconnect with the music.

Finished the original Dune arc (6 books) and while I love the first book and think the middle ones are OK....the last book is just so insufferable. Should be retitled Chapterhouse Dune: A Day At The Office.

Saw Mufasa with the family. Cute movie but...I'm shocked at the positive reception to the music. I thought it was uninspiring at best. Even my kids said something about it. 🤷

Recently diagnosed with ADHD and have been on vyvanse for a few weeks now. I feel so much better. Anxiety, focus, general well being, eating habits, etc. I can see how this medication can be absolutely life changing for many people.

Started ADHD medication last month and my personal wellbeing has significantly improved. Eating habits are better, I feel less anxious, etc. More than I could have hoped for considering I was doubtful if I had ADHD to begin with.
