Kingston Critical Care Outreach Team relaunching C4C supporting Marthas Rule at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Really nice to celebrate the work completed by our teams at @KingstonHospNHS so far within the #EDDM project! A great start with plenty more ideas to implement and work to do as we continue our improvement process to prevent deconditioning in the acute setting!

30 years and over 10000 hours in the NHS. It's had its highs and lows, I've made amazing friends and laughed and cried a lot! Thank you to my amazing colleagues.
