On Thursday evening we had a great turnout for our 6.2k & 10k route options. On Sunday our trail run started from Walton on the Hill running over to Reigate Hill Fort & back (12k). The route has some fantastic views & bluebell woods. Why not join us?

This week our Tuesday training session was a club 5k Handicap event. We had great support from members & an optional social drink afterwards. On Sunday 11 of our members ran at the Richmond Half Marathon. A fantastic turnout. Our thanks to the organisers & marshalls.

On Sunday, we had a great turnout for the regular Mabac league trail race. This month's fixture was hosted by BVR & was held in the scenic & undulating Farnham Park. Our thanks as usual to the host club, marshalls & Mabac officials for a great event.

This week our Tuesday training gave our members the opportunity to run up & down hills within the support of a structured session. Members were able to choose how much of a hill to run as the session was designed to cover all levels of experience & build running confidence.

Our Tuesday training this week had a great turnout for a strength training session with circuit based activities & running.

A big thank you to the organisers (DMV) & marshalls at the Dorking 10 road races on Sunday with a good turnout by our members for the 10 mile option. We also had a good turnout for our trail run with just over 10k completed.

A big thank you to all the amazing volunteers within our club during National Volunteers week. This week saw an amazing turnout for our 2nd summer 5k time trial & our shorter option run group shared a photo after their 6.2k run this evening.

A great turnout for one of the popular Tuesday evening races held by the #mabac league. Our thanks to the organisers & host club DMV for a challenging route at #denbies. The early rain held off, with some stunning views in the sunshine. We had 45 runners taking part.

A fantastic morning with our club providing Nonsuch parkrun with 23 pacers this morning from 20- 40 minutes, whilst other members volunteered or ran.

On Saturday evening, members enjoyed one of our summer socials, on Sunday our regular trail runners ran over to Headley Church & back, whilst other members ran the Claygate 5 mile race. We also had good numbers for Tuesday training & our Thursday training runs.

Cranleigh Race CANCELLED We have just been advised that due to unannounced roadworks by Surrey CC, Mabac have no choice but to cancel the race, which they hope to reschedule.

A great turnout at the Imber Court relays tonight! We had 5 Teams of 4 that produced some strong runs on a fast and furious 2.65k loop. Our thanks to the organisers & marshalls.

After the Imber Court relays on Tuesday, we had a good turnout for our Thursday evening training runs. Sunday saw a great turnout at the Elmbridge 10k. Our thanks to the organisers & marshalls. Meanwhile a small group ran one of our popular trail routes of just over 10k.

Last week, our members made the most of summer running with some parkrun tourism in addition to our regular training sessions & runs. We also had a great turnout for the Wedding day race on Friday & 2 members completed the Wimbledon common half on Sunday.

Last Tuesday saw a good turnout on a very hot evening. Thursday's run was cancelled due to a lightning storm but weather conditions were cooler for our Sunday trail run.

A new route over Wimbledon Common this evening for the Mabac League trail run. Our thanks to the organisers & host Club Wimbledon for a great event & the supportive marshalls. We had a fantastic turnout with nearly 40 runners tackling either the one or two lap options.
