We often get asked for a rough estimate before the customer has any plans. We only ever price when the customer has building regs plans, this way we only have to price the job once and all the builders are pricing off the same thing then. #Stockport #builders

Ask 4 builders to quote on your job. The cheapest shouldn't be an indication that it's the best quote. Go through & if some seem a lot cheaper than others ask how they will achieve it for the price. Nobody want to find the costs being built up by extras as the job progresses.
