A new paper from Park Lab at UC Berkeley determined high-resolution structures of the human Sec61 channel inhibited by several structurally distinct small molecules and revealed the common inhibitor binding site. rdcu.be/dbVeo


Our work on the S1P transporter Spns2 is online Cell. The work was led by shahbaz ahmed Hongtu Zhao, and a wonderful collaboration with Xiaochun Li. We revealed the transport and inhibition mechanisms of this important sphingolipid transporter. authors.elsevier.com/c/1h7hYL7PXmcUZ
