Yashirah- Surelia's loyal attendant and childhood friend. Patient and strategic in almost everything she does; Yashirah usually appears outwardly stern because of her maternal nature. She often scolds people around her for inaction and impulsive behavior, including Surelia.

Emilia Basteen- Very open minded and free spirited, she's an exceptional archer with a love for food and gossip. Caius's first real friend that often times doesn't act her age, but is always reliable and fiercely loyal to those she cares for. Never touch her snacks...

Tristain Vollweaver-A man of few words, also known as the Black Flash, he one of the most powerful warriors in all of Eoblia. He has a brooding, gloomy personality with a distaste for nobles and any others that act obsequiously towards people important in order to gain advantage.

Castaliel-An elven woman who's lived a long life filled with tragedy. Her experiences have given her a cynical perspective of the world and she's often aloof when it comes to interactions with most people. She develops a bond with Emilia who helps her to become more receptive.

Rina Sedgenger-A stalwart woman with a strong sense of justice. She is looked at as the big sister by most of the junior guardsman. She is admired for her sharp mind and skilled swordsmanship, especially by Caius, who falls in love with her soon after they meet.

The Ipian people of the southern desert lands of Ekrobar. Lovers of battle and masters of survival, they thrive in the harshest conditions, turning the barren sands into a crucible of strength and resilience.

FINALLY finished my novel 'Cloudrider' and I'm now looking for publishers and/or agents. Open to suggestions if anyone has any. In the meantime, my next project is a spinoff to my 'Oath' series about the early life of Tristain Vollweaver before he became a general. Can't wait! 💪
