Just found a non eager loaded query that has run 885k times in the past 2 hours. Its fairly fast so my existing slow query monitoring never caught this. Thanks Nightwatch

Laravel Nightwatch is a seriously beautiful app. I'm blown away. (And found two issues to fix literally in the first five minutes...) nightwatch.laravel.com

The next version of the PHP MCP Server SDK is almost ready, aligned with the 2025-03-26 spec including support for the new StreamableHttp transport. I’m also adding full feature tests this time around to improve stability alongside the unit tests. Feels like the right move.

🧠 PHP Tip: Always use declare(strict_types=1); I kept seeing Nuno Maduro include it in every file, so I finally looked into it, I’ve been sleeping on this. From now on, it's going in every file. No exceptions. 💥

funny thing about the "action pattern": before it had that name, jeffrey and taylor called it the "self-handling command bus" but rails was already doing it even earlier — they just called it the “use case pattern” would genuinely love to chat with DHH about it

Completed first month of running a production workload on Laravel Cloud 🚀 Hard to believe the platform is only a few months old, it's extremely solid. This whole ecosystem is just so well integrated and easy to work with.
