Join us on Thursday 18th April 2024 to celebrate International Monuments and Sites Day, also known as World Heritage Day. The event will be held at the Coal Preparatory Plant in Enugu (By Old UNTH) starting at 10am.

I'm still reeling from the excitement of Enugu Photo Festival very first workshop, 'The Art of Storytelling and Documentary Photography,' which took place on the last week of March.

On the 18th of February, we went on a photo walk to Ugwu Alfred, a community situated on one of the hills surrounding Enugu City.
It was an educational experience as we engaged with the residents and they showed us around the community.

I joined the #EnuguPhotoFestival community Enugu Photo Festival for their first PhotoWalk to Ugwu Alfred, a settlement named after Alfred Inoma who led the first labourers in 1915 to Enugwu-Ngwo at the beginning of the coal mining activity.
What became of our city expanded from here.
