Sujimoto confessed not to have done a similar project previously . How did he win the bid ? A legacy project at that. Sujimoto confessed that he was promised other projects. Without a formal bid ?. 22 schools for N11 billion ? How ? The Enugu state government is alleging that

Let’s do some math. Some Govt officials said each smart school should cost ~₦1B → 22 schools = ₦22B. But Sujimoto’s contract was only ₦11.7B total and (~₦530M per school). Now with EFCC involved, the big question is: were costs inflated before, or is scope being cut now?
