In a bid to ensure that no beneficiary is left out of the WFP Nigeria monthly food and nutrition assistance to targeted vulnerable individuals, our nutrition team in #Bade , #Yobe are defying odds and challenges of inaccessibility to reach out to communities cut off by flood

As part of WFP Nigeria scale up operations to feed conflict-affected families further made vulnerable by the socio-economic knock-on effects from COVID-19, women, men, & children are recieving increased food & nutrition support in #BadeLGA of #Yobe , NE. #Nigeria . #SavingLives

High-level advocacy to the Emir of #Bade in #Yobe & sensitisation of other community stakeholders ahead of distribution of WFP Nigeria life-saving food & nutrition assistance to scale up direct support in areas where COVID-19 threatens to drive up extreme levels of vulnerability

Under the #IGAs component of the WFP Nigeria 2020 livelihood innitiative across #Yobe and #Adamawa , we continue to empower vulnerable individuals with skills and starter kits to begin trades that would help them build resilience, earn income and better take care of their future
