Ok this is what I told my teachers this afternoon: If this were normal times, and a teacher had just started work at our school, say 7/8 yrs exp, a couple of other schs, would we expect them to have understood all our policies, procedures, protocols and quirky ways in a week? 1/>

A student waited for a few others to log off to tell my trainee and me that she couldn't wait to get back because we're her favourites and she misses us. Along with all the 'thank yous' from students, this served as a reminder. They value us and they're the ones that matter.

Someone in the edutwitter world called these bitesize CPD, so I am sticking with this term for my one sheet posters on all things cognitive science, tips for learning and more. Plenty more to come in the series. Here are the first 4, available as pdf's from my shared drive 🤗
