Train cancelled at last minute- 8.05 from #Slaithwaite to #Leeds - which was running 10 minutes ago. Thank you TPE Customer Assist TransPennine Express - now not going to make my 9am. And great start to Monday. Already cancelled my train home. How come I can do my job but you can’t do yours?

I’m being paid from 9am to do a job I can’t do thanks to TransPennine Express If I add up all the hours over the year it goes into days. It’s unacceptable to cancel late, workers can’t make other arrangements. Do I have to uproot our family to somewhere with a reliable commute route?
