Many survivors of sexual harm have complex housing needs. If SCOTUS rules in favor of Grants Pass, it would authorize cities & states to penalize people forced to sleep outdoors, including survivors of sexual harm. Criminalizing homelessness is not the answer #JohnsonVGrantsPass
