8/9 To recap: • No delivery updates • No communication • $150 loss • A whole day wasted • Customer service bouncing me around like a ping-pong ball • And somehow it’s all “the delivery company’s fault,” even though I bought it directly from LG.

9/9 This has honestly been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with a major company with an international reputation! LG, you can do better. Customers deserve better. LG Support USA — waiting for your response.
