If you know a fresh grad interested or with a background in comms, please urge them to apply to ASEAN Research Center, the flagship research center at Asia School Of Business! This role has a lot of potential for growth & plays a crucial role in communicating academic findings to the public

The gendered discourse on whether one's vote is secret here is interesting. It was common back home in Msia - the whispers by my more conservative colleagues over not voting what their family are voting for was the sign that things have changed. Never thought the US had it too.

Check out our working paper feat 7 studies on backlash against the term “Latinx” among Latinos. We find, in part, conservatism and anti-lgbt+ attitudes are strong drivers, more than anti-intellectualism or issues with changing a Spanish language term with American influence.

10 years ago, we didn't believe voting would have changed anything in Msia. Until we did. It's not just about winning, but that we could cross the ethnic divide together. Do vote

What does Trump's re-election mean for ESG in Southeast Asia? It's basically a wake-up call that ESG policies and practices cannot afford to leave vulnerable groups behind. It cannot be an elite project. eco-business.com/opinion/what-t…

SEA food consumption leans heavily on eating out anyway, cannot rule out the possibility of a culture of eating out. This might reflect on why relative prices outside is lower, and persistence of hawkers.
