Intermittent fasting gets still promoted for weight loss. To lose weight, you need a calorie deficit. So you could achieve weight loss by eating multiple times a day. This is healthier plus way more sustainable. Don’t fall for the diet hypes. None of them last for a reason

The calf kick is an underutilized weapon. Yes, it works in Muay Thai as well and against Thai fighters. Yuki Yoza and Noiri used it against Thais. Yothin used it in Muay Thai against Chaila. Most people throw it naked though. Recipe for disaster.

You can lose weight eating high in carbs and eating low in carbs. In the end, a calorie deficit is all that is needed. The lower carb option seems to work faster since you lose water weight due to the drop in carbs. Overtime, it becomes unsustainable

Too small for 147 lbs but F me there are a lot of tall people at 143-145 lbs. Lost the fight yesterday. Couldn’t do anything his reach advantage was way too much.

Thailand changed its weigh-in format from a same-day weight-in (check in the morning, fight in the evening) to a day-before weigh-in. This will create more freak matchups. Combine this with the new gloves with barely any padding, and you have a CTE factory in ETM.
