I’m gonna tell ya’ll something my Grandmother always said but I thought she was superstitious. “Don’t let everybody play in your hair!” I noticed how healthy my hair got once I stopped going to a stylist that always seemed to have a bad attitude & drama w/ everyone.

The same goes for hairstylist and nail techs. Massage therapist or estheticians. If they’re in a perpetual state of negativity and bad energy/gossip do not let them infuse that into your hair or nails.
