Through USAID’s youth employment and entrepreneurship project, YouLead, IESC held a Career Guidance Program in Mullativu District, providing 332 unemployed Sri Lankan youth with one-on-one career guidance and delivering vital skills to enable them to enter the workforce.

After completing IESC’s entrepreneurship development program delivered by the USAID youth employment and entrepreneurship project, YouLead, Priyanthi joined over 4,000 other women in formalizing her business. Her tailoring business is now registered and employs five women.
