Southwest Airlines you ruined my Christmas and took thousands of dollars from my family bc of cancelled flights. We were supposed to be home on Dec 22. Instead we are headed to the Denver airport today, Dec 27th, from Bozeman with no connecting flight home. You are claiming it’s due

to weather but there are other airlines flying out of Denver today. We were forced to spend money on hotels and food for 5 days (and counting) after we planned. I expect to be reimbursed or I will no longer fly with Southwest Airlines

If you were also affected by Southwest Airlines ‘s nonsense please reply and at them. They need to be made aware of all the complications they’ve caused.
