A working product. Real users. No gimmicks. That should be the baseline. In crypto, it still sets you apart. Excellence is doing the obvious things others avoid.

Ridiculous: I just got access to the new "e2e encrypted" X Chat. But encryption key is stored on X servers (no choice), secured only by a (fixed length) 4-digit passcode. That’s ~13 bits of security. Trivial for X to brute force decrypt. Deceptive to call this e2e encryption.

The Economist just published an opinion piece on blockchain ledgers. Not from a crypto founder. Not from a VC. From the CEO and COO of BlackRock. A $13 trillion asset manager. They argue that this is the most exciting development in financial infrastructure since double-entry

Forget the Instagram version of “success.” Decide what your perfect day looks like a decade from now—down to the little details. Then work backwards until it’s yours.

If all you’re building is an easier way to trade, you’ve already lost. Consumer crypto wins when no one notices they’re using it - Not before.

One of the reasons early-stage tokens aren’t running like they used to is simple: the biggest players have stopped playing. It’s not that the narratives are weaker, it’s that the trust in the system has eroded. Why would anyone deploy serious capital into a new memecoin if they

People think crypto goes mainstream through policy perks or tax breaks...but that’s not how real adoption works. It’ll happen when someone uses a product, earns something valuable, and never once thinks about what tech powers it. That’s when we know we’ve built something that

Growth often begins the moment we’re willing to update what we believe. Changing your mind isn’t a failure of conviction, it’s a signal that you’re open to learning. The aim isn’t to defend our old answers. It’s to stay curious enough to find better ones.

It’s easy to feel stuck when we see every mistake as failure. - But what if mistakes are part of the point? Growth doesn’t happen in perfection. It happens in the tension between who we are and who we’re becoming. We’re here to learn. To navigate challenge. To evolve. That’s

Everyone keeps arguing about CLOBs vs. AMMs like it’s a feature war. It’s not (!) It’s a design question: What happens when the market goes quiet? What happens when it gets loud? Order books are great, until there’s no one around to post. AMMs are reliable, until things move

This is so cool. Two MEV searchers created a pact via a smart contract, to cooperate and share the rewards (one of them earned 5 ETH). If they competed instead, they would drive the reward down to nearly 0. Onchain Prisoner's Dilemma. Check out the detailed writeup by
