This day training event gives practioners and managers space to take a deep dive into probation practice, with feedback and learning being paramount.

Probation work involves public and victim protection, supporting people on probation to stop offending and moving to rehabilitation. This required training focuses on the ASPIRE model: Assess; Sentence Plan; Intervention; Review.

Our work is detailed, based on His Majesty's Inspectorate of Probation (HMIP) practice guidance .
