In History, year 4 became archeologists when they investigated the findings from Sutton Hoo.

Non Fiction November 📕📚📘Year 4 read a range of Non Fictions books and explanation texts online to create a treasure map! We wrote our favourite facts about the Romans, Vikings, Titanic and more!

Outdoor learning 🌿 Year 4 became archaeologists this afternoon and excavated artefacts about Vikings. We found out amazing facts like how Vikings did not have horned helmets and that they were farmers 🌾

Year 4 visited our school library this week to research facts all about the Amazon Rainforest 🦥🐆

In science, year 4 have explored how we can change states by heating and cooling. We made rice cakes and found that when we heated chocolate, it changes the state from solid to liquid and when we cooled it in the fridge, it changes its state from a liquid to a solid! 🍫
