Tipping culture has gotten out of hand. 30% for what? Most servers I have ever had barely acknowledged my existence. I once sat for over 10 minutes waiting for SOMEONE to look my direction because I didn't get a fork. If they had then asked for a 30% tip, I would have laughed.
