We have a funded postdoc position in my group Lehigh Chem for candidates with experience in polymer chemistry, hydrogels, and/or coatings for biomedical applications. Email CV to apply - more instructions on our group website. RT appreciated! #chempostdoc
Interested in nanoscale spectroscopy? Read our themed collection highlighting the development and application of various nanoscale spectroscopy techniques Guest edited by @DuncanGraham70, Bin Ren, Zhong-Qun Tian, and Xiaoji Xu Group Full collection here đź”— rsc.li/nanospec22
Lehigh University is hiring a tenure-track assistant professor in experimental physical chemistry! Come join our team! Apply by 10/15 for full consideration @chemjobber #chemjobs #physicalchem #chemtwitter academicjobsonline.org/ajo/jobs/22462
We made a development on #AFM-IR with a broadband lR source for nanospectroscopy. It empowers AFM-IR. Great work @QingXie_20! Fourier-Transform Atomic Force Microscope-Based Photothermal Infrared Spectroscopy with Broadband Source Lehigh Research pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
We further improved the pulsed force Kelvin probe force microscopy with integration lock-in detection. It is simple to build and has 10 nm spatial resolution, and it is 4 times faster than current state-of-art under ambient conditions. Lehigh Research pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
2D spectroscopy at the nanoscale. We combine photothermal AFM detection with IR femtosecond pulse sequence to create the AFM-2DIR spectroscopy. It brings together two frontiers of IR. Support from #Lehigh's Core grant, Beckman Foundation, Lehigh Research nature.com/articles/s4156…
While we are no longer active in the field of scattering-type scanning near-field optical microscopy #SNOM, we did make an impact. Haomin Wang
Our perspective about multidimensional IR nanospectroscopy. Thank you The Journal of Chemical Physics, for the invitation to make the contribution. Action-based two-dimensional infrared spectroscopy on the horizon pubs.aip.org/aip/jcp/articl…
Super happy to be featured at the cover of The Journal of Chemical Physics. We hope that the action-based 2DIR technique will take off.
Our former group member, Haomin Wang (Ph.D. 2015-2020) Haomin Wang , will receive the ACS PHYS Young Investigator Award 2025. Congratulations Haomin! phys-acs.org/phys-2025-youn…
