There should be comic racks everywhere, and i legit believe making comics only accessible in specialty comic/hobby/book stores has directly contributed to dropping literacy levels amongst kids I basically learned how to read with comics bought at grocery stores

Yeah, no. I'm sorry, but there are a lot of ways you can advertise the impacts without describing a storm as something it is not.

#smilingfriends spoilers - - - - Outside the absurdity this episode had to offer I do really like the fact that they actually gave Mr frog more depth and character than being a psychopath. It’s refreshing seeing smt different than comedy stuff

In celebration of #IndigenousPeoplesDay, Sesame Street’s Word of the Day is “tradition!" Join Big Bird and our friend Zahn McClarnon as we honor Indigenous peoples around the world and the many ways they share their culture and family traditions, today and every day.

wish google and other companies would do this. it's genuinely not helpful to have AI images muddled with images of things that exist in the real world. if im trying to find an example of a certain garment to show a certain tailoring technique, i need a real example not an AI pic

To me, a live action remake of an animated film is the equivalent of a photographic recreation of an impressionist painting. Not only is it pointless, it fails to understand the artistic value of the original intention. All they are is unnecessary and a waste of time and money.

Not SB related obviously, but I’ve seen so many people saying this is a serious, deep scene, a break from comedy. The scene IS comedy, it’s an old guy in green body paint monologuing about his cartoon frog son. It’s absurdity played 100% straight, the juxtaposition is the joke.

“Dang! I still don't have a catchphrase!” Technically he does (Let's Split Up, Gang!), but that one's not appropriate for this situation.
