All the love and care and intricate details they put into stampede all thrown away for a rushed, unfinished stargaze that butchered both vash and knives's characters and left an unsatisfying ending that feels more like punishment for Nai than anything else.

In a serious note, the ending was rushed and didn't make a lot of sense (like the entire season tbh so it was not a surprise). It convinced me the production team failed in understanding the essence of each character as well as the essence of the story in general.
