This was my first project for work using Blender and it was a ton of fun. There were a ton of new challenges and I was amazed by the #B3D community and all the great tutorials and add-ons that exist which made this undertaking possible.

💡Tip for better backgrounds in AE: Instead of making a new solid that has fixed dimensions and clutters the project panel.. Create an empty *shape layer* and apply the effect "Solid Composite". It will always fill the comp and you can still stack effects like gradients on top.

Vertically Centering Text in AE📏 A text animator with this simple expression can adjust a text layer's anchor point to the vertical center. The font size and line-height can change and the text stays neatly anchored to the middle. It'll even work on multiple lines of text!

Hacking the After Effects Textbox 🕵️‍♂️ Textboxes in AE don't let us control the bounds with anything but our plain old mouse... unless? We scale the text layer DOWN while scaling the font size UP an equal amount with a couple of expressions. See the steps below ⤵️
